The Dallas Dynamite Vision is to be the finest youth wrestling program in the country. To run a first-class wrestling program, it is essential to have great coaches, committed wrestlers, and a centralized wrestling facility. Thankfully, DDWC is blessed with coaches and wrestlers eager to succeed, however, they do not have their own wrestling room. Therefore, Dallas Dynamite is seeking a wrestling facility that will allow them to further their mission. The board of directors has targeted a specific area in the Dallas Metroplex (Tollway and I-635) and is currently engaged in lease negotiations.
GROWTH
Over the last decade, as the number of high school programs state wide has increased significantly, the quality of wrestling continues to improve as well. As Texas becomes more competitive and educated about wrestling, DDWC will help facilitate this growth by offering seasonal programs, day clinics and various summer camps in North Texas. These offering will benefit wrestlers of all experience and age levels.
LEADERSHIP
The leadership of DDWC desires to be a positive influence on our nation’s youth. The coaches often speak and share their life experiences at schools, wrestling clubs, and churches in Dallas and all across the country. They feel a responsibility to mentor and help shape kids’ lives by being positive role models on and off the mat.
PERSPECTIVE
One of the greatest benefits of wrestling is the sport’s ability to bring various cultures together in competition and sportsmanship. DDWC plans on participating in international and cultural exchange programs with other teams around the world. DDWC looks forward to traveling overseas as well as having local Texas families host teams visiting the United States.
